GAMING TOMORROW NIGHT (8/18)
« on: August 17, 2009, 20:17:25 »
I have a night where I am kicking myself out of my house for a few hours.  :o

I called Dragon earlier today and I believe he's on board.

Anyone else want to game?  Nathaniel...where do we wish to play?

Well... I know that Pendragon moved, but I haven't been to the new location. We could meet at the Wendy's  that was on that same corner. I know how much you like to game at restaurants.

Oooooo!!! I like that idea!  Meeting at the Wendys...what..about 6ish?

Anyone else on board?  If not, would you be so kind as to bring some 2 player action?

Yep, cause heavens forbid we google the new location for Pendragon.  :P
Looks like it's in the shopping center with the Wendys, or right begind the shopping center.

Unlimited drink refills aside, I'm not a fan of the fast food gaming.

Yeah... I know. It's just that without having a cell phone, I was thinking it would be nice to meet at a known location. I know that the new Pendragon shop is somewhere close by, I just haven't seen it yet. I'm not a big fan of restaurant gaming either, but I figured if it was just me and Charles then I could deal with it. Otherwise we could just meet there and then go find that new Pendragon shop.

Sounds good to me.  I can be there at the usual 6 - 6:20 time frame traffic permitting.

I'm fine meeting you at Wendy's restaurant. I know you were wanting to get out of the house.

Thank you Mac for being a good sport and playing along with Galaxy Trucker.  I didn't realize that you were that against it.  Looks like I won't need the expansion any time soon. ;)

If I was a really good sport I would have kept my mouth shut after the game ended.
I do let me mouth flap open sometimes when I should lock is shut.
As I said that night, I could have easily opened my mouth before hand and said let's play something else.
However, I do know you wanted to play, since you had to skip playing at Charles's house.
I do wish I had kept my mouth shut at the end. The only good thing is that at least now you guys know I'm not that stoked about playing the trucker game.
After seeing the 'game room' at Dragon's house, I KNOW we could have played something else.    ;D

So, I forgot to mention game night at my place to my wife. I'm sure she'll be okay with it. August 26th, right?

No man, let us know.  Dragon and Wyldwing both have games they love to play that I can't stand.  You have to speak up about it or you don't have as much fun and in the long run it makes you less interested in coming back.

Now sometimes I'd be willing to revisit an game I got turned of to if enough time has passed, unless it's San Marco... ;)
