I haven't read through it all, but it looks helpful, so if there is ever a need to start halfway through a project, it might be worth checking out this page:

This solution can help you recover your print if it failed due to the following reasons:
- Extruder jammed in the middle of a print
- Power fluctuations caused the printer to restart
- Extruder ran out of filament (assuming you do not have filament sensors installed)
