In the year 3055 a special task force from Clan Wolf formed a new unit - The Dreadnok Force. This new unit was lead by a Clan Wolf member known as Commander Dragon. The Dreadnoks were a vicious group of warriors selected for their skill by Commander Dragon personally. As wars waged between clans and houses, Commander Dragon's Dreadnoks became one of Clan Wolf's elite units and were infamous throughout the Inner Sphere.

Of the mechs that the Dreadnoks used, the best known is of course the Mad Cat, known as the Timberwolf among the clans. Commander Dragon liked the Timberwolf design so much that he wanted a similar mech to be used in battle specifically made for The Dreadnok Force. In the following year the Dreadnok mech was created. It quickly became known from battles against the Inner Sphere as the Ripper.

Capabilities:
The Dreadnok is ready for battle, armed with a large pulse laser in each arm and a Class-6 short range missile launcher over each shoulder. The Dreadnok also has a defensive anti-missile system for those pesky buggers.

Deployment
The Dreadnok is currently only deployed with Clan Wolf's Dreadnok Force and is sometimes refered to as the mascot of the unit.
